How to Buy CapVPN Premium
- Visit the pricing page
Open capvpn.net/pricing in your browser. You will see three plans: 1 Month, 12 Months, and 24 Months + 3 Free.
- Choose your plan
Monthly supports up to 5 devices. Yearly and 24-month plans support up to 10 devices and unlock priority streaming-optimized servers.
- Complete Razorpay checkout
Pay using UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallet, or Pay Later. Razorpay handles the payment securely.
- Check your dashboard
After payment, go to Dashboard → Subscription. Your plan should show Active within seconds.
How Premium Renewal Works
CapVPN currently uses one-time Razorpay payments. We do not enable auto-renewal by default, so you are never charged automatically. Before your plan expires, you will get a reminder. To keep premium active, buy a new plan before the expiry date.
Your new expiry date is set from the day of the new purchase. If you buy early, the remaining days from the old plan are not carried forward.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Buying a new plan immediately replaces your current one. For example, if you are on Monthly and buy Yearly, your account switches to the Yearly plan with up to 10 devices and the new expiry date starts from the purchase day.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days unless there is a genuine technical issue. If you need help, use the live chat in your dashboard.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Because web plans are one-time payments, there is no automatic charge to cancel. Simply let the plan expire.
If you bought through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you must cancel from the store:
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CapVPN → Cancel.
- iOS: Settings → tap your Apple ID name → Subscriptions → CapVPN → Cancel Subscription.
Manage Everything from the Dashboard
Your Subscription page shows current plan, expiry date, auto-renew status, device count, and platform limits. You can also manage devices and link the desktop app from there.
