Refund Policy

Cap VPN offers both a free plan and paid premium subscriptions. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for each.
1. Free Plan
Our free plan provides 2-hour VPN sessions at no cost. No payment is required, and no refunds apply.
2. Premium Subscriptions
All premium subscriptions are processed and managed by the platform where you downloaded Cap VPN:
- Android: Google Play Billing
- iOS: Apple App Store
Cap VPN does not directly process payments or store your payment information.
3. Refund Requests
Google Play (Android): Refund requests must be submitted through the Google Play Store. Visit your Google Play order history or contact Google Play Support.
Apple App Store (iOS): Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
4. When Refunds May Be Granted
Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play or Apple based on their policies. Generally, refunds may be considered if:
- You accidentally purchased or did not intend to subscribe.
- The service was not delivered as described due to a verified technical issue.
- You request a refund within the platform's applicable window.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your platform account:
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cap VPN → Cancel.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cap VPN → Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops future charges. You retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.
