Payment Methods

CapVPN uses Razorpay for all web payments. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway used by thousands of Indian businesses. You can pay with:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net banking
  • Wallets and Pay Later options

How Charges Appear

On your bank statement or UPI history, the charge usually appears as Razorpay/CapVPN or similar. The exact name depends on your bank or UPI app.

Invoices & Receipts

Razorpay sends a payment receipt to the email address you used during checkout. Keep this receipt for your records. If you need help with a charge, share the transaction ID or receipt with our support team through the dashboard live chat.

Refund Policy

CapVPN does not have a fixed refund policy. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you face a genuine problem — for example, your plan did not activate after payment or the service is not working due to a technical issue on our side — we can issue a refund after checking the transaction.

Refunds are generally not given if the service is working as expected and you have already used it. If you are unsure, contact support before buying.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails, no money is deducted. You can retry with a different UPI app, card, or net banking method. Sometimes banks decline transactions for security reasons; in that case, contact your bank or try again after a few minutes.

Billing Support

For any billing question, use the live chat option in your CapVPN dashboard. Share your registered email, transaction ID, and a screenshot of the payment if possible. We usually respond quickly.
